Purpose

The purpose of this site is to allow users to find information on Canon, Characters, and Milliways releated Livejournal communities.

About

Milliways Bar, often referred to as simply Milliways, is a role playing community hosted on Livejournal.

It takes place in the Milliways Bar, a bar located at the end of the universe. The idea originates from Douglas Adams' Milliways Bar, which was is featured in his book series, The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, or more specifically, the novel The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. It is not an exact duplicate of Douglas Adams' creation, and has evolved over time into something quite different.
